Hello,

I'm Kat. Nice to meet you!

I’m a technology leader, speaker, and coach who turns ambitious ideas into meaningful business outcomes. My career has been built around bringing the right people together, navigating complex organizations, and creating momentum where relationships, innovation, and opportunity intersect.

I’m passionate about the human side of business: how we lead through change, earn buy-in, build credibility, and influence outcomes across teams and organizations. I bring a practical, people-first perspective shaped by experience across technology, revenue growth, community building, and organizational transformation.

Whether I’m leading an initiative, advising a team, or stepping onto a stage, my goal is the same: create clarity, inspire action, and leave people with something they can actually use.

I’m open to select speaking, consulting, and coaching opportunities. Let’s work together and build what's next.

I have worked with Kat for the last couple of years, in both her roles at Akkodis and as ISSA Marketing Director and she never fails to have a smile on her face, knowledge in her words and actions, and the true meaning of the word partner in her heart.

Kat and I have spent time strategizing, planning, and ultimately working together to solve complex real world problems. Kat understands what IT truly needs and knows how to make things happen quickly and efficiently. Kat listens to her clients, and then breaks down the problems for both the C-suite and the technicians, supporting them in clear and concise language, tailor made for her audience.

Kat is comfortable in the boardroom, bullpen, classroom, in front of an audience, and behind the scenes. She is ultimately valuable to her clients, co-workers, and the field of IT.
